Our training programs requires a minimum deposit o f30 to 40 % of the fees in order to secure your registration before the start of the program which is is non refundable , however the remaining payment balance can be paid before the course or via instalment depending on the nature of the course , training , location etc

All participants are allowed to have an ongoing continuous training for more than two days tailored to your time , pace , and other options like preferred spoken language , however additional fees may apply , our etiquette and protocol consultant will be able to support you and assist you during your training journey with further queries or help after course completion .
