Training programmes availability 

We reserve all the rights to modify and reschedule events and training session upon unexpected circumstances , still our participants will be able to get notified and updated with any changes done 

Prices 

Prices should be paid in GBP Sterling - United Kingdom Pounds and are inclusive of VAT , training materials , PDF , guides and printed certificate , however extra fees may apply for translation or one to one session 

Payment 

We accept wire bank transfer , credit and debit card , PayPal and corporate cheques 

Payment should be done after securing your registration to avoid any delay missed training

Training course

The training programmes of etiquette and protocol are planned and announced in advance whether online or in person , the availability of each training event will be displayed in our official website and social media , if you wish to book a private session get in touch via email or call us we will be pleased to arrange a private session 

In case of any unexpected circumstance or any occurred issue of performing our training full reimbursement will be transferred 

Change of Location 

In case of any occurred problem we reserve the right to change or reschedule the venue location for any reasonable reason , however we guarantee that the full training course will take place in same city , time and all participants will be fully updated with the change 

Booking and registration 

After receiving our participant booking details and payment we will send an invoice confirmation receipt with programme outline and more training details 

For one to one private training session outside united kingdom or anywhere in the world further fees may apply for accommodation , flight etc 

Training sessions organised by us internationally for group of attendees only include the fees of the training programme 

Venue , time and more details of the training sessions will be sent privately by email to each participant 

Client cancellation 

After registering online we require a 150 £ deposit to secure your registration and the rest can be paid afterwards 3 weeks before the training , failing to pay the rest amount in the right time may subject and risk securing your training registration 

No cancellation or reimbursement can be done 2 weeks before the start of the training session 

Insurance 

Participants should be responsible of their own risk for personal injury or loss of property, including baggage during the training course or workshop.

Force majeure

Mount protocol holds the right to cancel , postpone or reschedule a training event under unexpected situations beyond our control as an act of god , war , terrorist activity etc 

Languages 

Mount protocol consulting has the best expert and consultant in communication and protocol we are pleased to assist our participant in English , French and Arabic 

If you wish to have a full session in your preferred language and your own time please do contact us will be able to arrange a suitable session
